Founder and Team Captain, Jared Wood, started Chaingang Racing in 2018 with one goal in mind - to foster the growth of one of his long-time passions: downhill mountain biking. Chaingang started with a humble four and quickly grew in quality & quantity from there. HE saw a gap in the racing community that he wanted to fill. we know this sport can be hard to get into between the cost, knowledge, & travel. New to the sport or veteran racer, young or old, riders have been able to find support, friendship in the Chaingang pit.
 
While it has been a ton of work to get the team to where it is today, Jared’s proud to be able to provide support for his team. The cluster of red and grey jerseys and friendly faces in the lift line continues to grow into 2022 as we prepare for our biggest year yet.
